Hello, I'm Sarah! I have found this 'gem' of a day care to be true to the value of identifying a community as family. I live locally and love the opportunity to be part of this wider community especially with my own children. My role allows me to design and deliver fantastic Kindy Programs but in this learning through play setting.

Biljana commenced employment at Lefroy Road CCC in 2014.

Hi, my name is Biljana and I’ve been working at Lefroy Road for more than 15 years. We have a stable staff team and there are always enough staff to spend time with your child. It really feels like home to me. Getting to know the children and families is a pleasure. I am always learning with the variety of diversity and culture we have at our centre and love seeing the children grow and develop.

I have worked at Lefroy Road Child Care Centre for more than four years. The centre has given me the opportunity to study first for my certificate 3 now for my Diploma. I enjoy continuing learning to grow professionally and to care and teach the children I look after.

Hi, I am Rebecca. I love the relaxed spaces, lots of outside engagement and opportunities for the children to make their own fun and games. I am lucky to work at the centre which is close to my home allowing a sense of community to be built upon.

I enjoy caring for, supporting and interacting with children at Lefroy Road Child Care. I love to see how they react to their world. I enjoy getting to know the children’s different personalities and their reactions to fun and engaging activities.

• My Name is Neha. I am Diploma qualified in early childhood and education and care. I like working at Lefroy Road child care because this is a community-based centre where we work like a family. It’s the second home, just like caring for our own children here.

Hi, my name is Cherry, I hold a certificate three in Early Childhood and Care. I chose working at Lefroy Road Child Care centre because of the healthy workplace and that it really understands families. I enjoy helping to create and share the fun experiences with children at the centre.

My name is Jasmine, I qualified in working with children with inclusion needs and am now am now studying my certificate III, I enjoy working at Lefroy Road Child Care because all the Educators are approachable and supportive.

Dawa commenced employment at Lefroy Road CCC in 2023.

Hi, I am Dawa, from Bhutan. I like working at this centre as it allows me to continue in early development of children in a nurturing and supportive community environment. The joy of seeing children's growth and happiness make my job a truly rewarding experience.
